It is located in Changunarayan Municipality-2, Duwakot, Bhaktapur, Nepal, about 500-meter north from Sallaghari, Araniko Highway. It is popularly known as Sungava School in the locality. This is also known as top school in Changunarayan Municipality due to S.E.E. result, participation of students in ECA & CCA and involvement of students in social activities and so on. Pre-primary Section

The course of pre-primary school is designed blending Montessori and traditional teaching system. Learning by doing is the major pedagogy of this section. Since, we have tried to implement our Independent Curriculum (IC). We believe that IC helps children learn in accordance with the environment they grow. So, we do not teach, but we make them learn.

Primary and Secondary Section

We are teaching class 1, 2 and 3 in semi-grading system. It helps teachers care the children individually. Students also do not feel bore in classwork and homework rather it increases enthusiasm in them for their study. We have tried to develop reading culture among the students in Grade IV, V and VI. For this, we manage Book Talk, Book Review program frequently. School believes that if we develop the reading habit to the children below 12 years, they do not run out of the track. They develop confidence in reading and feel entertainment too.

For Grade VII to X, we focus in study to address the social psychology. Community judges the school analysing the result of the students. Though we manage the plenty of time for games and sports and different ECA activities. We also make them involve in different social campaign to increase responsibities.

They are very curious in manner. For this, we invite think tanks from different sectors for key notes, awareness and motivation. It increases positive vibes within them and increases hunger of positivity and the progress.

We are always top in S.E.E examination among the school in Changunarayan Municipality since 2072 B.S. to till the last year i.e. 2079 B.S. Rarely, we are trophy free in the different ECA program launched by municipality.

We have unique examination system based on the specification grid designed by curriculum Development Centre. We have a cluster to prepare question paper. The cluster divides the subject to the teachers of different schools. So, the students get their result as their standard. Besides, students should do the different project works. For this, students involve in social campaign, house hold activities, classroom activities and so on.
